CETATEST 515 high precision differential pressure leak tester is a fully automatic leak detector for detecting unsealed parts during the beat time of the production process. It can operate in three different modes. The 'seal part high resolution' mode can be used to detect test parts that cannot be inflated. In this mode, small changes in the volume of test parts can be detected (0,03ml<△V<1,0ml); 'Pressure-drop - high speed' mode can be used for leak detection of small workpiece under high speed production tempo; 'Pressure lift' mode, with high quality measurement signal and components as part of the external measurement loop (e.g. : stop valve, main pressure control)

The working principleCETATEST 515 high precision differential pressure leak tester is a fully automatic leak detector for detecting unsealed parts during the beat time of the production process. It can operate in three different modes. The 'sealed parts-high resolution' mode can be used to detect test parts that cannot be inflated. In this mode, small changes in the volume of test parts can be detected (0,03 ml < ∆V < 1,0 ml); The 'reduced-high speed' mode can be used for leak detection of small workpiece under high speed production tempo; In 'pressure rise' mode, it has a high quality measurement signal (compared to CETATEST 810) and has components as part of an external measurement loop
