The working principle | CETATEST 515 high precision differential pressure leak tester is a fully automatic leak detector for detecting unsealed parts during the beat time of the production process. It can operate in three different modes. The 'sealed parts-high resolution' mode can be used to detect test parts that cannot be inflated. In this mode, small changes in the volume of test parts can be detected (0,03 ml < ∆V < 1,0 ml); The 'reduced-high speed' mode can be used for leak detection of small workpiece under high speed production tempo; In 'pressure rise' mode, it has a high quality measurement signal (compared to CETATEST 810) and has components as part of an external measurement loop |
