YIQICheck Profession Software of Measuring system

The software contains all measuring functions of all length gauges. You can define parameters and database structure freely, and manage independently on this basis. Use common definitions to create lists and check device cards, which can be easily sent as attachments or converted to other common file formats. Automatic tolerance calculation can be implemented on most common testing equipment, such as smooth ring plug gauges, threaded ring plug gauges, indicator gauges, id gauges, lever gauges, calipers, micrometers, etc.

Universal length measuring software includes testing functions, data analysis, conclusion judgment, original record and certificate generation for measuring block, smooth ring gauge, smooth plug gauge, needle gauge, table and other instruments.

YIQICheck-Element1

This module integrates the calculation and evaluation of ring gauge, caliper gauge, plug gauge and micrometer. After selecting the type and specification of the part under test (e.g. H8), the program can automatically determine deviations and tolerances from normal dimensions.

YIQICheck-Element2

该模块包含对各种螺纹中径的测量评价（使用两球法或三球法或三针法测量内外螺纹），能够高效检验各种类型的螺纹规。即使是复杂的螺纹几何形状，程序也能计算出可靠结果。

YIQICheck-Element3

The module supports the calculation and measurement of taper thread gauge; Based on ISO 7-2 and DIN2999, support the calculation and measurement of pipe threads; Based on DIN 158, support the calculation and measurement of taper metric thread; Based on BS 21, supports the calculation and measurement of tubular threads.

YIQICheck-Element4

This module is used to check indicator meter, inner diameter meter and lever meter. It can meet the requirements of internal standards.

YIQICheck-Element5

The module supports the detection of internal calipers, external calipers and depth calipers. The deviation of the test instrument is judged by comparing with the standard fixed point.

This module supports various micrometer checks. All parameters can be evaluated directly by the program or according to the requirements of the user company.
