MarForm MMQ 400 is suitable for the measurement evaluation of large quantities of workpieces in accordance with DIN ISO 1101.
High-precision measuring axes in the Z and X directions make it possible to measure tasks of various shapes.
Various versions of the MarForm MMQ 400 are available for measurement:
● High precision workpiece
● long piece
● Large and heavy workpieces
● Suitable for production workshop or precision measuring room
The MarForm MMQ400 has different modules that can be assembled optimally to suit your requirements:
● Electric and manual aligning and leveling table
● Vertical axis (Z) with 900mm, 500mm or 350mm measuring length
● The horizontal axis (X) has a measuring length of 180 mm or 280 mm, with grating rulers in the X and Z axes. Accurate and repeatable positioning of measurement points can reduce the impact on measurement
● Manual or automatic probe with sensitive measurement loop, high linearity and low measurement force
● Quick measurement of specified profile with path control
Functional applications:
● Roughness measurement
● Switch between ruby ball probe and roughness probe PHT 6-350
● Piston test using MarWin evaluation software
● Shaft torsion test and analysis using MarWin
● CAM profile test
● Rod-to-rod variable analysis using contour data
● Contour measurement and evaluation
● Path Control (MCPC)
● Shape evaluation
● Vibration rate analysis
● Main roundness ripple (MBN 10455)

The T7W probe has a motorized axis of rotation that allows you to gradually move the probe to any contact position. It can be used to measure cylindrical surfaces and end faces. In addition, as a zero-position probe, the T7W can automatically switch between internal and external measurements or upper and lower face measurements without operator intervention. Fully automatic measurement on complex workpieces without operator intervention. The T7W rod is replaceable. You can also create multi-point rods with a motorized rotation axis, such as rods with multiple contact elements that allow you to switch multiple probe ball geometryin a single measurement.
Combined with checking shape and position tolerance and monitoring roughness parameters. MarForm MMQ 400-2 was used to perform shape tests on the workpiece while recording typical roughness parameters, such as Ra and Rz, without relocating the workpiece without changing the measuring station. This is accomplished by switching the motorized, program-controlled Ruby ball probe with the roughness probe PHT 6-350. No operator intervention is required and the relevant probe is automatically moved from the vertical contact to the horizontal position. This is done using the T7W shape tester's motorized rotating shaft, which positions the probe in 1° increments.
