UCK universal length measuring machine uses patent high precision glass long grating ruler, high straightness of guide rail, good wear resistance of materials, can ensure high precision absolute measurement. No measuring block is required to calibrate the instrument before measuring any size gauge, and there is no transmission error (measuring block datum error, non-isothermal error with the measured part, secondary clamping and multiple centering error, etc.), which greatly improves the measuring efficiency and ensures the measuring accuracy. Measuring force 0-12N continuously adjustable, the principle of measuring force sensor to avoid the old weight loading due to the instrument table is not horizontal and the vibration of the surrounding environment brought by the force error. The coaxiality of the probe is good, and it is not necessary to adjust the probe several times before measuring the workpiece. Universal workbench can slide and lock freely along the X axis of the instrument guide rail. Easy to adjust clamping and measure all kinds of long gauge gauge such as: gauge block, smooth (thread) ring plug gauge, caliper gauge, calibration rod, ruler type, meter type.
