The measurement task

The demand for long-term monitoring of DAMS is increasing

Early dam body tests were mainly conducted on a regular basis, but today more and more DAMS are being tested

Permanent monitoring is required from the beginning of design

Measuring the target

Long-term monitoring of changes in dam tilt

The solution

One or more ZeroMATIC sensors are mounted on a very stable part of the dam body.

These sensors are connected to a data acquisition system for data storage and data transmission.

Data can be sent back to the monitoring station at customer-defined intervals.

According to customer measurement requirements

The measurement frequency of ZeroMATIC 2/1 can be set to take data every hour

The measurement frequency of ZeroMATIC 2/2 can be set to 1Hz for measurement
