Every micron-scale data is recorded by the contact sensor, measurement probe system, laser probe and Werth fiber optic probe (probe ball diameter as small as 20μm) fused with the image processing sensor. This allows flexibility for measuring tasks with a variety of tools, such as hobs, molds, reamers, stepping bits, twist bits, grinding rollers, and roller dressers.
