Measure the offset of all axes of the robot
Project introduction:
The high precision of industrial robots depends on the precise positioning of each individual axis.
Measurement target:
The offsets compensation value of each shaft shall be measured not only in production, but also at the user's site after assembly. These offsets compensation values should be known and compensated into the process control system.
Solution:
All robots are placed in zero position. With the input of the special 2-D tilt sensor, the offsets compensation value in the X-Y direction will be obtained and compared with the reference plane at the bottom of the robot. These measurements will then be stored in the process control.
